Job Description: 

 

Summary
During the 3-month internship period, the Operations intern will support initiatives that enhance product
development workflows, color communication systems, and process optimization within G3’s operations
environment. Working alongside our Product Development and Operations teams, the intern will assist in
streamlining equipment setups, standardizing visual communication tools, and implementing data-driven
process improvements. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to apply analytical thinking and
problem-solving skills while contributing to key projects that improve operational efficiency and product
quality.


Essential Functions
This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict

• Gain a foundational understanding of G3’s operations, including color development, workflow
systems, and product design processes.
• Partner on projects that provide practical experience.
• Prepare and deliver a leadership presentation summarizing project results, process
improvements, and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Currently enrolled at a college or university, working toward a Bachelor’s degree.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable,
as listed in this job description.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.


Preferred Qualifications
• Currently enrolled at a college or university with a junior or senior class standing and working
towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience or coursework in process improvement, manufacturing systems, or data analytics.
• Interest in product development, color science, or production workflows.
• Hands-on aptitude for working with equipment or technical systems.
• Self-starter with curiosity and initiative to propose ideas for improvement.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Compensation

Hiring Hourly Rate: $22.00

Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
