Summary
During the 3 month period, the Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of marketing
initiatives while working alongside our dedicated team of marketing professionals. This role will conduct
market research, review reporting and analytics, and be a part of a team making recommendations
based upon findings. Our interns use creativity and strategic thinking to make a positive impact while
learning hands-on skills needed to successfully navigate the modern workplace.

Essential Functions

• Gain understanding of G3’s current Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer journey
program, reporting and analytics.
• Conduct new market research to target potential growth in the identified sector(s).
• Review current customer market penetration.
• Assist in tracking competitor market intelligence.
• Conduct A/B testing.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or Finance.
• Required be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as
listed in this job description.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
• Currently enrolled at a college or university with a sophomore, junior or senior class standing and
working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,
Advertising or Finance.
• Curiosity about industry trends, competitors and results.
• Ability and interest to understand technology.
• General understanding of B2B marketing.
• Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Self-starter willing to take initiative, but not be afraid to ask questions
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Compensation

Hiring Hourly Rate: $22.00 

Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
