Summary
Oversees the financial operations and planning of the organization and provides financial and business
leadership to all business units, as well as dedicated financial support for our Real Estate Division.
Responsible for leading the annual and 5-year financial planning processes. Establishes internal controls
for monitoring assets, capital investments, and controlling costs. Review company financial activities for
legal compliance and ensure that financial reporting is completed properly. Facilitates consolidated
reporting including company financials and capital expenditures. Collaborates across the organization to
complete budget planning and approval processes. Prepares financial documents and reporting for
presentation to the Board of Directors. Provides support to organizational budgets. Owns Corporate cost
centers. Participates in and provides support to mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy
initiatives. Owns and provides leadership to corporate strategy work and the sales operations team.
Oversees a department of Finance professionals. In addition, this role oversees our Sales Operations
function and is responsible for leading sales analytics and developing/leading the long-term trajectory of
our SalesForce software platform.
Essential Functions

• Prepares and leads the annual operating plan process, providing financial and business
leadership to all G3 business units.
• Prepares and leads the 5-year financial plan, as well as working with the executive team
developing strategic plans.
• Works cross-functionally to drive delivery of the OGSTMs, embedding initiatives required in
supporting functions.
• Monitors and coordinates delivery of critical initiatives with supporting functions.
• Tracks and ensures delivery of operating plans through reporting and identification of key
variances and driving recommended required actions to close gaps or capitalize on favorable
trends.
• Analyzes ROI and profitability for business initiatives.
• Ensures financial controls for business operations through compliance with corporate policy and
identification of required controls for new business processes and transactions.
• Coordinates the development of Board meeting materials, working with executive team to compile
the presentation package. Provides quality control.
• Leads ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) assessment, identifying areas for risk management
improvement and coordinating executive team efforts to mitigate risks.
• Coordinates preparation of annual business valuation with outside vendor, supplying required
financial documents and business analysis, reviewing final report.
• Developing and leading long-term SalesForce roadmap for the organization.
• Leading Sales Operations through developing key analytics supporting our overall Company
commercial team.
• Builds a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Mentors, coaches, develops, and manages employees to ensure all goals and strategies can be
achieved.
• Evaluates bench strength and determines who is suitable for movement in key positions.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety
regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their
understanding and compliance.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Develops, coaches, and mentors peers, indirect staff, and subordinate staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations; recommends salary adjustments; rewards employees or
takes disciplinary action, as necessary; addresses complaints and resolves issues that may arise.
• Build and ensure highest levels of teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Finance plus 10 years of
finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Finance plus 9 years of G3 finance
experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued
equivalency certificate plus 14 years of finance experience reflecting increasing levels of
responsibility, OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 13 years of G3
finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience managing financial planning and reporting.
• Advanced computer skill requirements include: MS Word and MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel and
databases.
• Comfort utilizing technology to extrapolate data and identify trends.
• Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Strategic thinking skills and ability to convey strategy effectively to colleagues and leadership.
• Experience addressing strategic issues as well as day-to-day operational concerns.
• Solid performance record of building effective teams and forging successful relationships.
• Ability to communicate a compelling vision and exhibit strong leadership that motivates others to
achieve goals.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,
meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the
time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if
applicable, as listed in this job description.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA plus 12 years of finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include
supervisory or managerial experience.
• Leadership/management strength to provide motivational guidance and direction.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system(s).
• SalesForce experience strongly desired.
• Merger & Acquisition strategy experience.
• Experience with establishing and integrating new software systems, processes, and
reporting/analysis tools.
• Industry experience: Manufacturing, Transportation, and/or Food and Beverage.

Compensation
Hiring Salary Range: $178,200 - $222,800
Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
